Terms of Service
By using JobFit4U, you agree to these terms.
The service
JobFit4U helps organise job information and prepare application materials from information and documents supplied by the customer.
The paid Application Package is currently €4.99 and may include a tailored CV, cover letter and interview-preparation material, depending on the information supplied and the package offered at the time of purchase.
Customer evidence
You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to provide and use them.
JobFit4U is designed not to invent candidate qualifications, employment history, achievements, experience or other personal facts. Where information is missing, it should remain missing or be identified as something requiring confirmation.
Employer documents
Job adverts, specifications, campaign information and other employer documents are treated as information about the vacancy, not as evidence about the candidate.
Review before applying
JobFit4U outputs are working application materials, not a substitute for the customer's own review. You must check the documents before submitting them to an employer and remain responsible for the final application.
No employment guarantee
JobFit4U does not guarantee eligibility, interview selection, an employment offer, salary, working conditions or any other recruitment outcome.
Payment and fulfilment
The intended paid flow is preparation first, payment second, delivery after verified payment.
If a verified €4.99 payment is received but JobFit4U cannot fulfil the promised document package, the payment is to be refunded in full.
Third-party services
JobFit4U relies on external service providers including Tally, AWS, Stripe and transactional email infrastructure. Temporary interruption or delay by an external provider may affect availability or delivery.
Prohibited use
Do not use JobFit4U to submit false qualifications, fabricated employment history, fraudulent documents, impersonate another person or otherwise misrepresent yourself to an employer.
Digital delivery and cancellation
The package is digital content produced to your instructions. Where you expressly ask for immediate supply, acknowledge the resulting cancellation-right consequences and receive the required contract confirmation, the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal exception may apply once supply has begun. Nothing in these terms removes a valid statutory cancellation or remedy for defective or undelivered content. Requests can be made to reports@jobfit4u.com, and valid statutory requests do not require a reason.
What €4.99 pays for
The fee is for preparing and supplying the documents described at checkout; it does not buy shortlisting, an interview or a job. Dissatisfaction with a recruitment outcome alone is not a refund entitlement. Genuine service faults, mandatory remedies and duplicate payments are treated separately.
Privacy
Use of the service is also subject to the JobFit4U Privacy section.
